Fair Use Policy

Last updated: October 16, 2026

1. Purpose

Our Pro and Business plans include unlimited US calling. This policy explains what "unlimited" means in practice and the usage levels at which we would contact you.

2. Who This Applies To

This policy applies to plans sold with unlimited US calling, currently Pro and Business. On the Starter plan, calling is paid from usage credits and the calling allowances in this policy do not apply.

3. Monthly Calling Allowances

Each seat contributes the following amounts to your account's shared allowance. Allowances apply per month, and on annual plans to each month of the subscription. Allowances are pooled across all users on the account, reset at the start of each billing period (on annual plans, at the start of each month of the subscription), and do not roll over.

ServicePer-seat monthly allowanceHow it is measured
Outbound voice minutes3,000 minutesSum of outbound call minutes
Inbound voice minutes1,000 minutesSum of inbound call minutes

For example, an account with 3 seats has 9,000 outbound and 3,000 inbound minutes per month. All dialing modes the service offers count inside these allowances.

4. How Call Minutes Are Counted

Call minutes are counted from the moment a call begins, including ringing, until it ends, rounded up to the next whole minute. On plans with unlimited calling, unanswered calls count toward voice usage but are never charged.

5. Product Allowances

How included features are treated under this policy:

FeatureTreatment
Live AI coaching, transcription, and summaries (Pro and Business)Included on every call, with no separate allowance; governed by the same voice allowances described in Section 3
Property-data add-ons (Deal Lab, Sales Comps + AVM, Rental Comps + AVM)Unlimited, with no per-feature limit; subject to the fair-use principles in this policy

6. What Is Not Included

Additional phone numbers and A2P 10DLC carrier fees are billed separately and are unaffected by this policy. International calling is not included in unlimited calling and may be unavailable or billed separately. Calls to premium-rate, high-cost, or other non-standard-rate US destinations (including, if designated, Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories) are not included in unlimited calling and may be limited, blocked, or billed separately by the minute.

7. If Usage Exceeds These Levels

We will contact you first; nothing is cut off without notice. Sustained usage well above these levels may be moved to a metered arrangement on 30 days' written notice. This section does not apply to the destinations described in Section 6.

8. Changes to This Policy

We will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes.
